How it will work:

1. New member signs up and pays to join club. (Phone and address boxes are mandatory but the Tax Id and Business Name boxes are for business affiliates only and not mandatory for those who are club members only.)  He/She enters the "referred by" information on the sign up page. (It must be the exact email of the club member referring you) This information must be filled out on sign up page only.  We will not accept emails about this after sign up. (We do not pay for renewals or affiliate referrals, see affiliate notes below)
2. We process the paid for membership sign up page.  You will receive an email for each referral that pays for a membership within 72 hours of the referral sign up.
3. On the first day of each month we process the second month's back new memberships and add up each new referral for you. (Ex:  Aug 1st for June.  This allows time for chargebacks or disputes. There is no bonus paid for any members credit card chargeback)
4. We email you by the 3rd day with the total of new paid referrals by you and the total owed you. 
5. We make a check to you for that total and mail them out on the 5th day of month or transfer the money to your paypal account as to the choice you made when setting up your account.

All new members are considered an affiliate for the referral program. Please be sure
to go to the affiliate program set up from your profile page after logging in and choose the payment type you would like for your referrals, either check or paypal. If you chose check be sure that you have filled out your address information correctly as the address you fill out is where the check will be mailed.  If you chose paypal, the money will be transferred to your paypal account. We are not responsible for any fees they may collect from you for that deposit.

Formats

The club format guarantee is for those who use art, dst, hus, jef, pes, vip, or vp3 formats. We
 have added the guaranteed formats to 99.9% of all designs. Though there are
other formats available in the downloads such as csd, emd, pcs, pec, sew, shv, and xxx
we only guarantee the club formats.  We have added pcs, sew, and xxx on most designs that are in
the club and and capable of the format without splitting or alternating the direction of the
embroidery design.  We will be adding more of these formats to the designs when capable and if you have the capabilities/software of reformatting to your desired format this club is for you too!

Some designs may not be offered in all formats due to limitations of color counts, hoop size, and stitch counts set by the manufacturer of your machine.  If a design is offered larger than your settings will allow it is your responsibility to split the design.  We do not offer split design help.  It is your responsibility to know the capabilities/limitations of your machine and software.

Refund Policy

There is no refund on club fees due to the nature of the digital downloads access to the content of the club.  Once you pay and join the club you may cancel your subscription but you will not be refunded any portion of the fees paid (no matter the reason) and you may continue downloading till your membership time expires for the length you paid for.  You will have to click that you agree to this to join the club.  When your membership expires you will be able to sign in and renew if you choose or not if you choose.  We do not have automatic renewals as this is unfair to those customers who may choose not to renew their membership and may fail to cancel their subscription in time.

We Are IP Protected

We do have password protection and anyone caught giving out their password to other suspicious IP addresses will be suspended until research is done. You are allowed to use 3 IP addresses.  If proof of sharing password with any others is present your membership will be permanently banned with no refund of length of membership. (examples:  your sign on name and password shows up on an IP in a different city, state, etc or name or password shows up to many times with to many different IP's or two people try to sign on with same name and password at same time or one IP address signs off and another signs on in another city, state, etc. wihthin too short a time span)  We do understand there may be two computers in your home or you may sign on at work, etc. and our programming takes this into account and allows you 3 IP addresses.  The program takes into account IP addresses, where IP addresses are located, time signed on and off. 

Some of you that are on dial-up, smaller communications companies, satellite, etc may have revolving IP addresses (where your IP continually changes).  If you sign up and you do have this type of setup (we can see that you are on this type of system when it locks up as the IP's all belong to the same company) and the system locks your account because of to many different IP's, we do have a quick one-time fix for your account that will stop this from happening again.  As we do not know if you are with this type of service until it happens we can't apply this fix till the lock up of your account takes place, but we want to assure you it is a one-time fix.
