• Ourselves and/or our agents which utilize the information only for the purpose given.
  All members are transferred to paypal for credit card payments.  We have no access to their records or information you enter at their site.

How long is information kept?

Information is retained to meet the stated purpose. Information is discarded at the earliest time possible.

It is the policy of Embroidery Whimsies Club that all information accrued by Embroidery Whimsies Club from any customer is and will always be held privately for the use of Embroidery Whimsies Club only.  No information is given away or sold to any other company or individual.  All names, emails, and any other pertinent information is held by Embroidery Whimsies Club as totally private information.  Embroidery Whimsies Club is not responsible for any information given by the customer to any other advertisers.  Please read privacy policies by any and all other sites visited from the Embroidery Whimsies Club website as to their privacy policy. Embroidery Whimsies Club does not track visitors on our Web site. Our site captures limited information about visits to our site. We use this information only to analyze general traffic patterns (e.g. what pages are most/least popular) and to perform routine system maintenance.  All credit card information is entered at the paypal website and Embroidery Whimsies Club has no access to that information.
